Here at Woven Inc Ltd. we offer an APPLICATION only services BUT comes some strict rules to follow.
We all know rules aren’t ‘cool’ but we aren’t trying to be cool we just want you to fully understand the process and the risks before you decide on this process.

PLEASE SEND US THE BELOW INFO PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER

FOR EACH DESIGN WE MUST HAVE THE BELOW INFO:

PRODUCT NAME, CODE & COLOUR
PRODUCT TYPE: T-SHIRT HOODIE ETC
QUANTITIES & SIZE BREAKS
WHO IT WILL BE SHIPPED FROM (FINE FOR THIS ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED)
ARRIVAL DATE (FINE FOR THIS ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED)
COURIER DETAILS (FINE FOR THIS ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED)


If you have several different designs for mixture of garments we need clear instructions.Goods will be visualised from our end, if theres any mistakes please notify our artwork team.

All artwork needs to be sent in a vector format only.

Once we have received payment we will forward all information onto our artwork team, they will then send visuals within 78 hours. We need an approval directly back to our artwork team to move ahead with production.

ORDERS WILL BE COMPLETE WITHIN AN ESTIMATED OF 14 WORKING DAYS FROM APPROVING YOUR ARTWORK. 

STOCK MAY ONLY BE SHIPPED ONCE YOUR ARTWORK HAS BEEN APPROVED UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE. 

Stock must be clearly marked as your own.If stock needs to be picked in to jobs ready for print an additional fee will be charged. If stock is bagged an unbaggin fee will be charged. Minimum order spend is set at £75 ex vat with a minimum of 20 units per design. Artwork fees are not included in this price. 

All orders are subject to handling fees, this does not coverer a counting fee or un bagging fee these are extra services. Request a copy of our services

Test prints may need to be ran on your own stock, so please bare this in mind when shipping your stock. 

High value/Non standard Items- prior to full production we will run a sample on your own goods in order to eliminate any issues prior to full production.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any damages/ rejections/mistakes human or machine made. In the result of a full run or partial run where by errors are made we can not refund or replace the value of any goods or the cost of the service. 

Specialist inks will have a minimum order quantity and surcharges will apply. 

WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT ON APPLICATION ONLY SERVICES AT ALL. Payment is required prior to artwork approval stages, no order will run into production without your approval to our artwork team. 

Any stock shipped without prior warning or pre artwork approval stage will be processed with additional storage fees. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

We will NOT accept any part deliveries: If any goods are on back order and are not replenished prior to your production we will not hold your job to wait for extra stock.If woven labels have been ordered or shipped they will be held here unless otherwise requested. We will NOT take resposibly for any damaged or missing goods, nor will we refund, replace or credit any items. Any shortages on stock will also NOT be refunded or credited back to your account.

Any incorrect goods sent out to you will not be returned or refunded at our endPrior to full production we may need will run a sample on your own goods in order do our best to eliminate any issues prior to full production. We are unable to accept responsibility for any damages/ rejections/mistakes human or machine made prior, during or post production. In the result of a full run or partial run where by errors are made we can not refund or replace the value of any goods or the cost of the service.

In the event of any damages prior, during or post, theft or fires we will not replace, refund or credit for any goods shipped to us. 

Any orders lost in transit will not be replace, refunded or credited.
