COSTING: Pricing varies on number of locations and colours per design. Set up Fees Appply
PROCESS: Screenprint is a perfect application for school leavers hoods and leavers t-shirts, screenprint will ensure your design will be one there for the long haul. Works great on any products or fabric, granted theres not too much polyester. Great for vibrancy and clear detail and can achieve multiple colours per design.
WASHING: Best to not boil wash or wash over 40 Degrees and if ironing always iron inside out(1 layer at a time) not over the print. This will keep the design looking fresh for the longest.
MINIMUM UNITS: No Minimum Units
COSTING: Small Logos great for creating crests or badges not too expensive, Large detailed logos VERY expensive but possible. Set Up Fees Apply
PROCESS: Perfect application for badges or crests, works beautifully on hoodies. Embroidery cons not the best option for t-shirts and it will be expensive to embroidery large logos or designs although it is possible should you wish.
WASHING: Embroidery again is a great product for longevity and will withstand a large number of washes.
MINIMUM UNITS: No Minimum Units
COSTING: Depends on size, print colour and the garment colours it will go on. Middle of the road in price, not the cheapest option but not too epensive.
PROCESS: Great for small runs and/or multi colour designs, with no set up fee's this would be the perfect answer for anyone with a smaller class or if you want each person to have the own name large above the graphic.
WASHING: Will take on average 20-50 washes may be more before the colour starts to fade, taking care while washing will give you more wears.
MINIMUM UNITS: No Minimum Units
COSTING: Most Expensive per unit cost product.
PROCESS: Great for small runs and/or multi colour designs, with no set up fee's this would be the perfect answer for anyone with a smaller class or if you want each person to have the own name large above the graphic. Texture is more of a plastic rubber feel, better use for intials/individual name applications.
WASHING: More of a one off product, it will with stand some washing but its not a long term product.
