As COVID-19 took over the world this year and things started to get serious quickly in March, our team took to what we do best and proceeded with product testing and potentially manufacturing our own high quality face masks in house. April consisted of finding the right fabric and making the best size to fit the majority of face shapes and sizes. After weeks of product testing our team finally nailed the right products with orders flooding in from the start of May. Since then we haven't stopped now Woven Inc Ltd have an array of products to choose from as well as our own hand made in our own factory right here in the UK. We found quickly that the majority of our clients preferred our own custom made reusable face coverings as you had the free range to print fully over the front of the mask.  

But now we have access to a larger amount of off the shelf reusable face masks

What ever you are looking for our team will do their best to source and suit a budget needed, regardless of the size of the order. Our team have produced orders from the standard 25 units all the the way up 50,000 units and 100,000 units. We have the capability of producing orders in house in our own UK based Factory or if you need an off shore options we have capabilities. 

We are currently in the motion of producing just over 100K units since we have began in May. So what ever your needs just let us know.

Silvadur™ 930 Antimicrobial finish on outer which inhibits the growth of microbes to offer protection, durability and freshness. Zelan™ R3 water repellent finish on outer fabric layer. Shaped fabric face covering, one size fits all. Features two adjuster sizes to accommodate various age groups. L 32cm x W 12cm. Soft cotton fabric that is designed to be worn over ears to keep in place and fit close to the face. Washable to 60 degrees, so can be reused. We designed this reusable sewn fabric face cover with comfort in mind. Tailored to fit the contour of your nose and chin, subtle strategic shirring offers a flattering, face-hugging fit. Dual-compacted, two ply Jersey fabric makes this face cover ultra-soft, durable and breathable and ideal for everyday wear. For ultimate ease of wear, the looped fabric ear straps are made of 1/4" single-fold stretchy binding. This reusable mask is washable

Washing Instructions

Machine wash separately on hot. Only non-chlorine bleach. Machine dry medium heat separately. Medium iron. Do not dry clean.

SPECIFICATION

Reusable and washable at 60 degrees, can be tumble dried. Allows easy breathing without restriction. Pocket for optional PM2.5 Activated carbon filter (PR797 sold separately). Remove any filter prior to washing. Secured with adjustable elasticated ear loops. Shaped to fit snugly on the face and under chin. Bendable and adjustable 'nose wire' prevents glasses from fogging. Non-medical. Conforms to standards GB18401-2010B. One size fits all. Can only print each side of the mask by stretching around the corner of a Heat Press, they cannot be flattened and therefore printing across the middle is not advisable. Can be Transfer Printed, HTV Printed, Printable Media. Whilst these products can be printed with a vast array of HTV and printable medias we recommend the following products. RF015 Universal HTV at 130 degrees for 5 seconds - MT107/117 123 HTC for 120 degrees for 8 seconds - RF025 Universal Printable Media at 130 degrees for 5 seconds. The Magic Touch wow transfer paper or Tone on light colours. At higher temperatures we have noticed heat warping and marks where the transfer has been pressed.

Washing Instructions

Washable up to 60 degrees. Do not bleach. High temperature iron. Do not dry clean. Tumble dry medium heat.
